Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Paige&Pixel Webiste and Google Calendar booking functionality ("Service"). These Terms apply in addition to our main Privacy Policy.

Google Calendar Appointment Booking App — our Terms of Service (Paige&Pixel)

  1. Acceptance
    • By using the Service to create or manage bookings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  2. Service description
    • The Service connects booking requests to Google Calendar to create, update, and cancel appointment events.
    • The Service relies on Google APIs and your consent to process the required data from our website to Google's API to book an appointment.
  3. Eligibility
    • You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise able to form legally binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
  4. Booking rules
    • When placing a booking you must provide accurate contact details (name, email, phone).
    • You are responsible for ensuring the appointment time and details are correct.
    • We reserve the right to decline or modify bookings in line with our business policies.
  5. Cancellations & rescheduling
    • Cancellation / rescheduling of appointments can be made anytime by either ourselves or by you via email notifications when making a booking.
  6. Fees & payments
    • No payment is required to use this service. If asked for payment at any time, please contact us by email.
  7. Data, privacy and notifications
    • Use of the Service will result in creation of calendar events and transmission of booking details (first & last name, email, phone, and notes) via email to:

    • Paige&Pixel’s private company Google Calendar

    • The Service is provided " as is" without warranties of any kind. Paige&Pixel does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
    • Paige&Pixel is not providing medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Use of the Service does not create a counsellor-client relationship with Paige&Pixel.
  10. Limitation of liability
    • We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
  11. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify and hold Paige&Pixel harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
  12. Changes to these Terms
    • We may modify these Terms; we will post updates on our website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
  13. Governing law and disputes
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts.
