Please note: this offer is designed for solo practitioners. If you are part of an associate collective, group practice, or therapy organisation, you are very welcome to get in touch so we can discuss your business requirements and work together to create a suitable, value-for-money alternative.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
This offer applies exclusively to the Multi-Page website package. Single-Page and Bespoke Design packages are excluded.

Your Discount
You will receive a 20% discount on the one-off setup fee, reducing the cost from £450 to £360. This discount applies only to the initial setup fee and does not apply to monthly hosting and maintenance fees or any additional services. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

Spring Offer Condition
To qualify for the Spring Offer discount, all required website content and images must be submitted within three months of signing the Website Design & Hosting Agreement. This helps ensure a smooth workflow, timely scheduling, and efficient delivery of your website. Where content is provided earlier, we will always aim to offer an earlier build date where possible, subject to availability. Where content and images are not received within this timeframe, the Spring Offer discount may no longer apply, additional charges may be incurred, and build dates may be delayed.

Our Standard Website Process
Our usual website process remains the same and is designed to be clear, supportive, and manageable. The Spring Offer simply provides a reduced setup fee when content and images are submitted within the three-month timeframe.

Feedback Commitment
As part of the Spring Offer, you agree to receive optional email requests inviting you to share constructive feedback at key stages of the process and, if you wish, provide a short review to help other counsellors and therapists discover the service.

Ongoing Costs
Standard monthly hosting and maintenance fees apply at £35 per month. These are payable monthly in advance and include secure hosting, ongoing maintenance, and up to three small text updates per year.

Payment Terms
All payments remain non-refundable, in line with the main Website Design & Hosting Agreement.

Withdrawal
If you withdraw after acceptance, all payments remain non-refundable. If Paige&Pixel withdraws from the Spring Offer prior to the build commencing, any deposit paid will be refunded in full or credited towards a standard website build at the full setup price.

Availability
This offer is strictly limited and may be withdrawn at any time before the end of Spring on 21 June 2026. Spaces are limited to ensure each client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.
