We’re inviting a small number of counsellors and therapists to join us as Early Adopters of Paige&Pixel — our new website design and hosting service created especially for counselling and therapist professionals.

As an Early Adopter, you’ll receive 30% off the setup fee for your chosen website package — either our Single Page (Foundation) or Multi Page (Growth) website — in return for giving us some helpful feedback on your experience.

This limited offer is your opportunity to secure a professional counselling website at a reduced cost while helping us refine and enhance the service for future practitioners.

What You’ll Get

Your Early Adopter package includes everything in our standard website service:

• A fully designed, professional counselling website based on your chosen template
• A clear and supportive setup process guided by our Starter Pack
• Secure hosting and maintenance after launch
• One round of preview-stage text or image tweaks before your website goes live
• Three small content adjustments per year included in your ongoing hosting subscription

You’ll receive the same professional quality, support, and care as all our clients — just at a reduced setup cost while you help us refine the experience.

What We Ask in Return

As an Early Adopter, we’ll ask you to:

• Share constructive feedback at key stages of the process — from using the Starter Pack to your experience of the website build and launch.
• Reflect on our customer service, communication, and expertise.
• Complete a brief feedback form or questionnaire after launch.
• (If happy with your experience!) provide a short testimonial or review to help others discover the service.

Your feedback helps us improve and ensures we’re providing the best possible experience for future counsellors.

Your Discount

As part of this Early Adopter Offer, you’ll receive a 30% discount on the setup fee for your chosen eligible package:

• Single Page (Foundation) — normally £250 £175
• Multi Page (Growth) — normally £450 £315

Please note: the Bespoke Design package is not included in this offer.
The discount applies only to the one-off setup cost and does not apply to ongoing monthly hosting and maintenance fees.

Transparent Ongoing Costs

For complete transparency, all ongoing hosting and maintenance subscriptions remain at the standard rates:

• Single Page (Foundation) Package – £25/month
• Multi Page (Growth) Package – £35/month

These are payable monthly in advance and include secure hosting, maintenance, and up to three small text updates per year.

How to Join the Offer

To secure your Early Adopter place, you’ll need to:

1. Book a free consultation call to discuss your ideas, preferences, and package choice.
2. Sign the Website Design & Hosting Agreement and Early Adopter Addendum.
3. Pay your 30% deposit to confirm your booking.
4. Agree a build date (your website must be scheduled for completion by 31 January 2026).

Spaces are limited to ensure we can give each Early Adopter the time and attention they deserve — so we recommend booking as early as possible.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
This offer applies only to the Single Page (Foundation) and Multi Page (Growth) website packages. The Bespoke Design package is excluded.

Discount:
A 30% discount applies to the one-off setup fee only. The discount does not apply to monthly hosting, maintenance, or any additional services.

Commitment:
Early Adopters agree to provide feedback during and after the website build process, including on the Starter Pack, communication, customer service, and overall experience. A short testimonial may be requested following successful completion.

Confirmation Requirements:
To qualify, the Client must:

• Attend a consultation call with the Designer;
• Sign the Website Design & Hosting Agreement and Early Adopter Addendum;
• Pay the 30% initial deposit; and
• Agree a confirmed build date that allows completion before 31 January 2026.

Payments:
All payments remain non-refundable as outlined in the main Agreement.

Ongoing Costs:
Standard hosting and maintenance fees apply. These are payable monthly in advance.

Withdrawal:
If the Client withdraws after acceptance, payments remain non-refundable. If Paige&Pixel withdraws from the Early Adopter scheme before the build begins, deposits will be refunded in full or credited towards a standard build at full price.

Availability:
This offer is strictly limited and may be withdrawn at any time before 31 January 2026.
